• You can only use ten words. • As much of the information as possible

must be changed into pictures, diagrams, numbers - e.g. if leadership is mentioned in your work, rather than write the word you could use a number 1 or picture to represent that characteristic. Abbreviations count as one word.

• Each person in the group must produce their own poster—use one colour for each person.

• You have only 5 minutes to complete • your poster.

A Grade Will be able to justify why the key features of fulfilling the job role are directly linked to the success of the team.

B Grade will understand the importance of the 4 job roles.

C Grade – know the key features of job roles.
