Overview

• The following screens cover how candidates for technical positions complete a Talent PROfile with e.ssessor.

• After clicking a link for a specific position on the employer’s recruitment site, or inside an invitation email, the candidate sees the following page ….

Candidates click on a link to select the position and location.

e.ssessor

Next, they can review FAQs and confirm the location.

Here, they review features about the position that attract some people and turn off others.

Now they begin QuickStart, the 1st step that collects just enough data to make the first cut.

Within QuickStart, QuickFIT questions replace a phone interview.

Compaq wanted to focus on technical skills, and we helped them turn a knowledge test into specific success questions.

With QuickStart done, they can view/print the Interview Coaching advice and see their QuickFIT feedback.

The Progress Report shows them the sections they have done and have yet to do.

Once finished all sections, they can view a Preview of their OnSite interview.
