submission of e-CD and the place of acceptance & processing of e-CD & release of goods into customs procedure
Declarant can choose the most suitable way for submission of e-CD from offered SEAP (web. interface, web. application, EDI application, etc.)

Splitting to the place of acceptance of Customs declaration and to the place of submission of goods and their control (national & international level)
Necessary co-operation of concerned Customs Offices and concerned Customs Administrations
When the agreement of both COs is reached the authorisation could be issued (simplified procedure of authorisation for AEO status holder)
Solution for splitting of 25% of collected duty between 2 MS is not found for the time being
