To create an online portal for domain expertise users(B2B Customers), to customize the Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe units/cabinet(materials, shades(colors) and hardware etc.), enquire multiple quotations, place orderand track it. “Up Sell” current customers

The current prototype developed by developer with proper user research, is of a fragment toolset. Difficult to use, multiple context shifts and significant gaps in the functionality.

Some of the users are frustruated with the current manual ordering and tracking system (noted during user interviews). Poor record mainte-nance of the quotations enqired by the customers( noted during client interview).
