Dugout Club

• The purpose of the dugout club is to help support our teams and provide enthusiastic support of our baseball program

• How we do it:– Fund Raising– Volunteering

• Areas that we focus on:– Support Player Development– Field Improvements and Maintenance– Team Building

Player Development

• Assistant Coaches Salary– Dugout Club funds 4 assistant coaches• $10,386

• Fund Coaches attending Coaching Clinics– $330 - St. Olaf– $455 - MN State High School Coaches Association

• Youth Clinic sponsored by CP Coaches– Clinic held on 23 February– 130 kids attended

Field Improvements and Maintenance

• This year we funded three major projects:– Bull Pens– Water to the Infield

• Complete except for purchase of hose, hose reel, nozzles

– New Scoreboard• Other Planned Purchase

– Screens for all fields• General Maintenance

– Spring clean-up day planned for 29 March

Team Building• Uniforms and Equipment

– Uniform Update– Baseballs, Practice and Field Equipment

• Player Pack– 2014 Player Pack will include:

• Hat• Captains Shirt• Team Shorts• 2 pair of socks• Belt

• Senior Night at the ball game– Plan is the same as last year. Barbecue for all players at Noble. Junior parents to plan/work

barbecue.

• End of Season Party

• Event for each team

– Broadway Pizza - $5 off any $25 purchase– Café Donuts - Buy 1 Dozen Donuts get 6 free– Champlin Athletic - $5 off any purchase of $40 – Culver's - Buy one get one medium concrete mixer

free – Dairy Queen - $1 off blizzard 12 oz or larger– El Toro - Buy one dinner get $7.00 off 2nd meal, with

purchase of 2 beverages. Good Sunday thru Thursday.

– Elite Baseball - $5 off any individual 1 hour lesson (up to 3 lessons). Request information at elitebaseball25@gmail.com

– Extra Innings - 7 batting cage tokens for $5. Limit 1 deal per day. $5 off 1 hour tunnel rental.

• 22 businesses signed up for the Rebel Card• Budget assumes we will average 15 cards sold per player. • We are not planning “Blitz Night”. Each player responsible to sell. Budget

assumes average of 15 per player. Incentives to sell 20. Each player will get package of cards March 24th.
