Part A – Download and Installation

Download

• Go to Dropbox official website www.getdropbox.com and download the installer

Installation

• After the download, run the installation and it will only take few seconds

Create new account

• Select “create new account” if you are the new user of dropbox

Registration and enter information

• Enter your information for the registration

2GB service

• Choose the “2GB” service as others take charges

Choose the location of dropbox

• You may use the default path of dropbox or choose your preferred one

Finish the installation

• The installation is complete and you can see the default folder in dropbox

Part B – Share folder with targets

Login the Dropbox website

• Use the name and password you used in the registration to login

Create share folder

• Click the “Create shared folder” button

Create share folder

• Name the share folder and enter the email account of the users that you want to share with

Sharing finished

Part C – Invitation email received

Check the invitation email

• The folder sharing will be activate once the invitation email is authorized.

Sharing confirmed

• Once the email is confirmed, your target user will see the folder you share on his/her computer
