Start
We’re starting with this image. It is rather dark right now.
Step 1
For the first step I adjusted the brightness and contrast of the photo. This only applies if the photo itself is too dark.
Step 2
Hi the CTRL+M. Set the channel to RGB and the output should be 70 and input 35.
Step 3
Go to filter > Blur > Smart Blur. Then set the Radius to 2, threshold to 50, and quality to high.
Step 4
Go to Image > Adjustments > Gradient Map. Set the first color at location 0% (blue: #03334c) the second color at location 25% ( red color: #d91a21), the third point of the gradient at location 60% (color: #70969e) and the last one at location 100% (color #fce3a6). Hit OK.
And Done!
Now that you are done you can customize and tweak it as you will. How it looks in the end is completely up to you!
