Dear 6th Grade Parents, Annunciation will be hosting its 2nd Annual Summer Reading Book Fair at Barnes & Noble, located on Central Avenue, on Saturday June 20th from 10AM to 6PM. Sixth Grade students will be offered the opportunity to volunteer and earn service hours needed for next year’s Confirmation. Volunteers are needed for the various jobs listed in the chart below. I am also asking for parent volunteers to help supervise the children while they are outside selling raffles or wrapping gifts for B&N customers. The deadline for 6th grade participants is Friday, May 29th. Based on the responses from the 6th grade I may invite the 7th and 8th grade class to participate. An email with your child’s schedule and the details of their job will be sent the week of the book fair. Thank you, Dawn Milillo
