Susan Dowling, V.P. of Business Development

Susan is the Vice President of Business Development with Connexis Search Group and directs the technical division for Connexis.  She joined Connexis Search Group 4 years ago.

Prior to joining Connexis Search Group, she was the President and Partner of a National Recruiting Firm, where she gained tremendous experience in pathology recruitment. Susan offers 15 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, consultative services, and sales.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband of 23 years and 3 daughters. Susan is dedicated to the diagnostic industry, as she is a survivor of cancer from a very young age and most recently witnessed her daughter, Payton, battle and conquer Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia & 3 years of intense chemotherapy. Susan also enjoys spending time on the golf course, reading, gardening, and spending time with her English Bulldog, Zuno.
