1. Introduction

Statewide Civil attended the site at St Spyridon Carpark Upgrade along Anzac Pde,

Maroubra, to carry out a visual inspection of the proposed site and produce a pictorial

and written dilapidation report. The report is based on a visual inspection only, no

testing or structural sampling has been carried out. The current defects to the

surrounding area have been recorded.

2. Inspection

• The inspection was carried out on the 6th of November 2020

• Photographs which have been included in the dilapidation report were taken

on the day of the inspection. Photographs have not been edited in any way,

so that an accurate depiction is delivered to council.

3. Aerial Map

The following are the aerial maps of the sites and surrounding vicinities as shown in

Map 1. The work zones have been enclosed by blue lines.
