finalize plans for a new Specialization in Public Health at NovSU
develop at least six new or revised Public Health courses at each university
initiate a collaborative Summer Institute on Epidemiology, Prevention and Public Health at NovSU
facilitate student and faculty exchanges between UMA and NovSU
complete a feasibility study on establishing a dual NovSU/UMA graduate degree program in Public Health that includes the use of long-distance and blended learning technologies
publish a multi-author text book in Russian on Public Health
