When do you report your data?

July 15 or prior to summer departure

Consent for Evaluation – Indicator 11

Include all students for whom initial parental consent to evaluate was received.

This includes students who were evaluated but did not qualify.

Do NOT include students who received a reevaluation (3 year) this year.

Do NOT include students for whom consent was received within the last 45 days of school. These will be reported in the following year.

Remember, it is your data that drives your district SPED determination

SPED needs to take active role in checking OASIS files prior to submission even though these file most often come from the student management folks.

Review questioned data carefully. Just because you can replicate it does not make it correct.

Accurate data can help you identify areas that your program excels in and areas where they need some extra attention.
