• Develop an online micro-module on sustainable development for all University students with content provided by The Centre for Food Policy
• Learning outcomes included:
• Help improve student and staff understanding of the core elements of
sustainability, its broad principles and key frameworks
• Outline simple steps with which the individual can engage with the
complex task of improving sustainability
• Realise the challenges and opportunities of building sustainability at
City University London
