Event Sposorship Opportunities
Welcome Reception …………......... $ 10,000The welcome reception is scheduled for the evening of Dec 27th between 5 and 9:00 p.m. at the Hotel. This reception welcomes registrants and their guests with hors douvres and light music. It is a great social gathering and provides premier visibility for sponsors as a head start before the convention begins. Aknowledgment in the program book and signage at the event in addition to the opportunity to address attendees of the welcome reception will be granted at this level or support.
Coffee Breaks ..................... (each) $ 2,000Most coffee breaks occur in the Exhibit Hall and punctuate scientific sessions. A total of four coffee breaks are available over the period of two days. Signage at the breaks aknowledging support is offered with this sponsorship.
Lunch Breaks …………......... (each) $10,000Two lunches are provided on location at the Hotel. The convention luncheons traditionally host a high caliber keynote speaker and are well attended. Lunch sponsors will have the opportunity place literature and handouts on each seat or table as well as have a display table at the entrance. In addition a promotional slide show or video can be projected during lunch before the keynote speaker’s speech.
Event Dinner ........................(each) $10,000Event dinners are opportunities for members and thier families to enjoy the local atmosphere and traditional cuisine. Dinner Sponsors will have an opportunity to address attendees for a 15 miinute presentation.

Sponsorship Policy Guidelines
Statement 1. General Convnetion sponsorship policies.1. All sponsorship at NAAMA conventions must comply with NAAMA’s policies and ACCME’s Standards forCommercial Support.2. All NAAMA-approved sponsorship opportunities will be fully described in this sponsorship guide. Thisdescription shall include the specific nature of the sponsorship opportunity, a description of sponsorshiprecognition including specifications for signage, banners, posters, slides, etc., method of distribution toattendees (if applicable), and the sponsorship cost.3. Unless specifically noted in this policy or in the Sponsorship Guide, product brand acknowledgement andrecognition is limited to display within the exhibit hall.4. Sponsors are not permitted to use the NAAMA logo in any of their promotional activities associated with the convention.5. The Convention logo may only be used in those instances that are specifically noted in the Sponsorship Guide.
Statement 2. Acceptable sponsor activities at hotels and remote locations.1. No commercial giveaways, promotional materials, or product brand literature may be distributed toattendees without the approval of NAAMA.2. Door-drops of commercial literature, giveaways, etc. are specifically prohibited at the hotel.3. Commercially supported social events should not compete with or take precedence over scheduledscientific sessions..
Statement 3. Acknowledgement and recognition of sponsors.1. Only as specified in the Sponsorship Guide may the Convention logo appear on the same page or sameside of a sign, banner, poster, T-shirt, or slide that is acknowledging or recognizing sponsors.2. Corporate name acknowledgment for all sponsors will be listed in the Program book, via signage inthe registration area and in Opening Ceremony slides. Corporate name acknowledgment of sponsors isalso authorized at social events, at bus pick-up and drop-off areas, and within the educational areas inaccordance with the requirements of ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.3. Product brand acknowledgment and/or recognition of sponsors is only authorized to be used within theexhibit hall, unless otherwise specified in this policy or detailed in the Sponsorship Guide.
Statement 4. Convention Bag.1. All items to be included in the registration bag must be approved by NAAMA.2. Registration bag may bear the corporate name and logo of the sponsor but may not carry a branded drug name.3. All sponsored items for inclusion in the bag will be detailed in the Sponsorship Guide.
Statement 5. Appropriate exhibitor activities within the exhibit hall.1. All exhibits are to be conducted in a dignified manner. Loud speakers, singing or carnival-like activities,such as the use of magicians or performers in the Exhibit Hall, is prohibited. Exhibits that feature anunapproved activity will be directed to immediately discontinue the activity by the Exhibit Manager.2. Providing food or refreshments from an exhibitor’s booth is permitted, but care must be taken not toallow long lines to form or to block aisles. All food functions within exhibitor booths must comply withconvention center guidelines.3. Exhibitors are permitted to hold raffles in their booths. Raffled items should be approved prior by NAAMA.4. Exhibitors are not permitted to use NAAMA or Convention logo in signage, on banners, on literature, oron giveaways, unless authorized by NAAMA.
Statement 6. Acceptable giveaways by exhibitors.1. Samples of all giveaways must be provided to NAAMA for approval prior to their distribution at theconvention.
