In PSL, Kenexa and IBM, Dave has worked directly with a variety of different global
and multinati onal based organisati ons offering a range of senior learning and
developmen t programmes, executive coaching, employee engagement , culture interventi ons and organisati onal
developmen t based solutions across a number of different sectors focusing on future-proofing their businesses .
Dave’s real passion revolves around the vital role that HR can provide to organisati ons and he has been supporting

Keynote speaker Chris Roebuck is an economist and former global head of talent
and leadership with vast experience as a successful corporate, military, and
government leader. His highly practical Mach 2 leadership technique combines
entrepreneurial, engaging, ethical and effective leadership.
The idea is to use simple day-to-day actions to inspire people to maximise their
performance and then to focus that on to critical deliverables for the organisation.
His practical perspective is a result of his experience as a corporate, military, and government leader.
