Since 2005, the Mini-Jeux d’Argenteuil gives children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old a chance to get moving and learn the benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle. On this day, various prizes are given to the participating youth. The A.T. Joe Gilmore trophy is won by one of the participating municipalities. It is named after Albert Thomas Joe Gilmore, a past warden of the MRC d’Argenteuil who made a historic mark by his implication and his belief in youth. He is a true inspiration for those who participate either directly or indirectly in the Mini-Jeux d’Argenteuil.

9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Welcome

9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Opening ceremony

10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Activity # 1

11:15 a.m. to 11:25 a.m. Snack

11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Activity # 2

12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch and entertainment

1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Activity # 3

2:45 p.m. to 2:55 p.m. Snack

3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Prize-giving ceremony

-Return the registration form to your day camp, your municipality or the MRC (540, rue Berry, Lachute) on Friday, July 6th at the latest.

-If your child is not coming with a day camp, it is best to accompany him to the site when he arrives and when he leaves the site.

-Bring sunscreen lotion.

-Bring a healthy lunch and a reusable water bottle to keep hydrated!

-Need a lift? Call us: 450 562-2474, extension 2307.

-For contact information on all of the participating sports organizations, don’t forget to check the program that will be given to your child at the end of the day.

-In case of rain, bring your child directly at the main entrance of the schools.
