PEEL THE CARROTS

PEEL THE ONION

PEEL THE PARSLEY ROOT

PEEL THE CELERY ROOT

CUT THE VEGETABLE

CLEAN WITH WATER

REST MEAT AND ONION ON A PAN WITH HOT OIL

(10 MINUTES)

PUT EVERYTHING INTO ROASTING PAN

ADD 1 CUP OF WATER

ADD THYME

ADD BAY LEAF

PUT IT INTO OVEN. BAKE 2 HOURS ON 120

REMOVE MEAT

MIX THE VEGETABLE IN A POT

ADD WHIPPING CREAM, SALT, ALLSPICE, PEPPER AND VINEGAR
