CUSTARD CAKECUSTARD CAKE

- 100g of flour - 100g of sugar - 3 eggs - 75g of butter - 1/2l of milk - Puff paste

- Mixer - Measuring jug - Oven - Cake tin - Bowl - Weighing scales - Whisk - Oven glove - Fork

1- Beat flour and sugar in the bowl with the whisk.

2- Whisk three eggs in the bowl where are the other ingredients.

3- Mix with the other ingredients. 4- Next, you melt the butter, you mix with

other ingredients and stir all.

5- Put the puff paste in the cake tin and make holes with the fork.

6- Bake some puff paste and when it rises, take it out.

7- Grease the sides of the cake tin with melted butter.

8- Put it in the oven.
