• Once CSI Group is identified those students will take the “CSI Assessment”(in the A+ program) to determine specific skill deficits. Reports to help identify these deficit skills are:

1. Look at deficit skills that are needed for success in current unit of study.
2. Plan “Teacher Center” Activities
Tier 2 - InterventionStudents who have significantly lower levels of performance than their peers. (< 25th percentile)
20% of students that require additional supplemental instruction in addition to the daily classroom instruction. – Small Group Teacher led Instruction
– 30 minutes of additional targeted instruction at least three to four times a week.
– Prescribed supplemental instruction—based on data and skills deficits.
– Monitor Progress bi-weekly (formative daily)
