The Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC is offering Canadian Criminal Law and Procedure by Distance Learning online this summer. Attendance on campus is not required for any of the coursework or final exam.

This course is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the key concepts of criminal responsibility and the criminal justice system in Canada.

Students are evaluated on participation, including the completion of end-of-unit quizzes and meaningful contribution to online discussion activities, a mid-term assignment, and a final examination.
