Every step along the way, from first bright idea to actual succesfull completion entails knowing the marketplace for materials very thoroughly.

It usually start when an individual or a few teachers who have been succesfull in producing materials for their own immediate classroom needs decide that their ‘great idea’ deserves to be shared with the rest of world.

‘ I Have An Idea....’

1.Prepare a table of contents;2.A brief descriptive statement;3.At least, 2 sample lessons;4.Units or chapters;5.Send it off to the publisher.

I don’t know what to put into the rationale? What should it include?

a. Describe the scope of the project and its objectives;

b.Describe the teacher/learner audience ;

c. Give a statement;d.Provide a brief summary;e.Briefly sketch the authors’

qualification.
