Creating a Free EOL Account

Join EOL!

EOL is a free resource. To access all of the features of the website, (such as creating a collection or leaving a comment) you will need to create a free member login.

This tutorial will help you create a login with step by step instructions.

Go to eol.org

Click on the blue Join EOL now button on the home page or click on the Join EOL now link on the upper right hand side of any EOL page.

Option 1: Sign Up With…You can sign up for an EOL account using one of your existing email or social media accounts: Facebook, Google, Twitter or Yahoo.

Option 2: Create A LoginIf you don’t want to login to EOL with your email or social media account you can create a new login by creating a username and password.

Agree to the terms of use and click on the “create account” button.

*Educators*You can create a shared login by creating a username and password for your class to share.

Email VerificationAfter you create your account EOL will send a confirmation message to the email address you provided. Please check your email spam folder if you don’t receive your email within an hour.

Confirmation Email Click on the link in your email that will verify that you want to complete your registration and activate your EOL account.

Login to EOL

When you click on the link in your email you will be directed to eol.org. You account has been activated and you can now login.

Your EOL ProfileOnce you login you will be directed to your profile page. Click on the edit my profile button on the right side of the screen.

Editing Your EOL ProfileA few fields are required but other than that you can add as much or as little information to your EOL Profile as you would like. Click on Notification settings to set settings for email notifications about your activity on EOL.
