Create from an existing AWB

Choose the “Existing AWB” option from drop down menu

You can search for an existing AWB based on criteria like Destination, Airline etc. or if you remember the previous AWB of the same shipper / destination you can choose from the list and press OK

Your new Air Waybill is now ready. Just verify the details, enter new AWB number, select CHA and save the air waybill.

Create from a template

If you have saved a shipment which repeats as a template then you can select “Template” from the drop down menu

You can choose the “Template” as shown in the example below i.e. a template of BOM-AUH shipment

On choosing “OK”, most of your AWB details are copied. You verify the details, enter the AWB number and save the AWB.
