About the Author….

The Insight….

If you think you can, You are right...

Life has its extremes and there are so many things which are beyond our control.But..??? Do we live expecting extremes to take control of our life ? And then, expect success to be with us too ?

The 3 dimensions of success;

• Attitude

• Skill

• Knowledge

This ASK combination makes Gandhi : The Mahatma

Passion…

• People who passionately believe ‘they can’ develop the ability to persist in the face of adversity.

• Great passion can defy destiny.

Not to make the Other Person Feel Like a Loser…

It is not just about winning friends, its also about driving them towards bigger levels of efforts.

Motivation…

You are not the same person you were ten years ago and you are not likely to be the same person ten years from now…

People are your most important resources and if the people you work with can become your friends then would be with you even in hell… helping you taste success.

Listen…Listening is not a mere silence but a form of activity that you undertake to make friends.

Verbal communication contributes only 33% in a communication. The rest 67% is all about listening and no one tells us this better than nature itself. That we have two ears and one mouth probably means that nature meant us to listen twice as much we speak.

Communication…

Things don’t turn up in this world,until somebody turns them up…

Leadership…It is about having a flexible

attitude. It is about matching your styles with the character traits of your subjects. It is also about guiding them on how to follow.

Principle of Effective Communication;

• Looks, Actions & Words• Be audience friendly• Be polite & polished• Bring in humorous touch

You can never succeed with people without mutual trust and understanding-

Effective communication skills could just be the difference between success and you

People are different, the cultures are different and so is the lifestyle.And…So management styles also need to be different.

Theory ‘i’ Management…

• Indians value emotional bonds.• Our cultural roots often make us complacent.• Indians value growth opportunities & commitment.• Lack of patriotism at a macro level leaves us aimless.

potent dosage on being passionate about what you think, winning friends, managing people, setting goals, achieving them, motivating and leading extraordinarily.
