FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS
Some of the statements contained in this presentation are forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements are not historical facts and are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties beyond the Company's control, including, but not exclusively, statements regarding potential mineralization, exploration results, completion of work program and studies, and future plans and objectives of the Company. Resource exploration, development and operations are highly speculative, characterized by a number of significant risks, which even a combination of careful evaluation, experience and knowledge may not eliminate, including, among other things, unprofitable efforts resulting not only from the failure to discover mineral resources but from finding mineral deposits which, though present, are insufficient in quantity and quality to return a profit from production. This presentation does not constitute an offer of the securities described herein.
Jason Weber, P.Geo., is the Company’s Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101. He is responsible for the technical disclosure in this document.

Horsethief Project - Timeline
12
1984 - 4,200 m of rotary drilling testing 2 areas yields numerous intersections of anomalous gold mineralization
› Holes are shallow (generally <100 m depth), four end in mineralization
› Highlight intervals include 13.7m @ 1.2 g/t Au and 39.6m @ 0.79 g/t Au
› High grade gold at surface in jasperoids (21.94 g/t gold from grab sample)
› Limited surface exposure of carbonate rocks interpreted to preclude a major deposit
2015 – Project acquired 2016 – Fieldwork focused on structural interpretation, locating new jasperoid and carbonate rock exposures 2017 - 3D modelling of geophysical/geological data reveals:
› carbonate host rocks more widespread than previously thought
› IP chargeability anomalies coincident with interpreted carbonate rocks under cover are primary drill targets
Similarities with Newmont’s Long Canyon Mine & Liberty’s Goldstrike project
2011 – Largely dormant until IP/resistivity survey completed
› Never followed up due to M&A and deteriorating markets
TSX.V: ANZ
Criteria Description Long Canyon Mine Horsethief Project
Horst & Graben Structural Setting Uplifted block of regionally east dipping carbonate and siliciclastic rocks
Dolomite ‘megaboudins’ Structural ‘megaboudins’ strongly correlate to highest grade mineralization
Untested
Au grades correlate to hematite High grade Au associated with hematite matrix of collapse breccia features
Soil geochemical anomalies Anomalous As, Sb, Hg pathfinders correlate to Au mineralization
Karsted systems Karst systems represented by crackle breccias, polymictic - monomictic breccias, collapse breccias, etc…
Untested
Strong geophysical signature IP and gravity display strong correlation to surface geology and mineralization at depth
Comparison to Long Canyon
› Newmont’s newly commissioned Long Canyon Mine is 150 km east of the Carlin Trend. 1.2 Moz @ 2.1 g/t Au Reserve 2.0 Moz @ 3.0 g/t Au Resource Plenty of additional exploration upside
TSX.V: ANZ
Horsethief Project - Targets
› Host rocks (green/blue) may be present undercover of volcanics east and north of current outcrop (as identified by IP resistivity survey).
› Carbonates host jasperoid alteration, anomalous in gold and pathfinder element geochemistry › IP chargeability anomalies at depth associated with Horsethief North and South, Stallion and
newly identified Mustang (under volcanic cover)
14
› Prior drilling, although shallow is extremely encouraging.
› High grade gold in surface sampling › New targets at depth may reflect
source of surface anomalies › 10,000 foot drill program outlined › Permit received.
Carbonate rocks hosting mineralization
Carbonates continue under volcanic cover to east, resurfacing at Stallion target
13.7 m @ 1.22 g/t Au
39.6m @ 0.79 g/t Au
/ Mustang
TSX.V: ANZ
3D Chargeability/Resistivity Looking NW
Resistivity (reflecting carbonate stratigraphy): Excellent tool for identifying target carbonate stratigraphy – especially where covered by volcanic rocks (right side of image).
Graben structure: Identified in resistivity break. Possible pathway for
mineralizing fluids
Chargeability (potentially mineralized zones): High priority targets consist of chargeability anomalies within carbonate rocks, near/at volcanic contact and in areas of complex structure (graben faults and cross structures). Chargeability used with success at other sediment-hosted (Carlin-style) deposits in NV.
› Geophysical surveys completed in 2011 key to drill targeting › Likely not followed up by previous operators due to deteriorating market conditions
› Viewing in 3D model highlights compelling targets of coincident geochem, structure, resistivity and chargeability anomalies
› Using resistivity to highlight stratigraphy could open up much larger search area
Volcanic cover: masking carbonates and
potential targets below?
TSX.V: ANZ
Horsethief Project Opportunity
› Under-explored sediment-hosted gold exploration target › Gold in jasperoids and silty limestones: positive indications of significant
mineralizing system active on the property.
16
› Shallow drilling intersected gold mineralization 4 holes end in mineralization
Carlin-style system inadequately tested
System may continue in projections of stratigraphy under volcanic cover
› Next steps: 3D modelling of drilling and IP
database (ongoing)
Refine drill targets
Permit received.
Jasperoid Breccia outcrops – Horsethief North area
TSX.V: ANZ
Carlin Trend – Southern Extension
› Two projects located on the southern extension of the prolific Carlin Trend
› Southern extension potential Rain/Emigrant mine
(Newmont) Bald Mountain mine
(Kinross) Recent discoveries and
deposit definition at Railroad-Pinion project
› ANZ projects Rain/Railroad-Pinion and Bald Mountain look-alikes?
17
