The supports of international organizations in the formulation and implementation of National Strategy for the Development of Statistics: PARIS21 supports methodologies to build Statistical Development Strategy; The World Bank (WB), The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA),… give technical supports in the process of construction and organizational implementation of the statistical development strategies.

Therefore, the General Statistics Office lacks of experiences in establishment also organization to implement this StrategyLine Ministries and localities are still not caring much about statistical missions in general and the National Strategy for the Development of Statistics in particular, it leads to strategy activities are implemented slowly
