Internet Explorer Compatibility Settings FSIA (Functional Screen Information Access) and PPS (Program Participation System) only function properly in Internet Explorer. The Department of Health Services does not provide support for use in other browsers.

Step 1:

Go to https://fsia.wisconsin.gov or https://pps.wisconsin.gov using Internet Explorer.

Step 2:

Hold down the “Alt” key and the “X” key on your keyboard at the same time.

Step 3: Select “Compatibility View Settings” from the drop down menu that appears.

Step 4:

If “wisconsin.gov” appears next to the “Add” button, click “Add.”

If “wisconsin.gov” appears next to the “Remove” button, do not click “Add” or “Remove.”

If nothing appears in either box, click in the small white box next to “Add,” type “wisconsin.gov”, and click “Add.”

Step 5: Uncheck all checkboxes. If they are already unchecked, leave them alone.

Step 6: Click “Close.”

Step 7: Restart your browser and proceed as usual.
