NEWSPAPER VS INTERNET
Whilst a newspaper is only released once a day internationally and perhaps every week locally, the internet allows readers to be updated
every minute. It is in my opinion that wherever the stubborn comply or not in a few generations time nobody will be reading newspapers, but
will seek the latest news online
Front page analysis
Similarities
• Both have advertisements
• Red seems to be the domineering colour
scheme on both formats
• Both support a similar masthead
Differences
• Whilst the newspaper has one main story, the website
has 6• The newspaper costs 60p and the website is of course
free• The layout for the newspaper seems to be
more sophisticated as the website appears jumbled
• The website does not have inept grammar mistakes such as the newspaper ‘s
headline
