Who are we?

DesignThinkers is a design driven Service Innovation Agency for a New Era. We believe in the importance of creative thinking and doing, facilitating ongoing conversations and learning by doing.

We are an international network with partners in Germany, U.S.A., Chile, Austria, U.K., Spain, Norway and The Netherlands.

We help organizations design Brands, Product Service Systems and Cultures of Trust. To strengthen their capability to innovate and enable the co-creation of value with all stakeholders.

Our Services.

We developed the Customer Journey LAB, an innovative tool using Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies. It is an effective tool to get insights and improve your customers' experiences of the product and the related services.

We guide Startups and help large companies ‘Think like a startup’ to speed up and strengthen their ability to innovate. For this we started the StartUpLAB (Europe) and BOMBA (Latin America).

We developed and facilitate DesignersDNA, an international network of ‘corporate change agents’ with members like Philips, Volkswagen AG, Cisco, Vodafone, TomTom, Schiphol, Sara Lee, Océ, Rabobank, DSM.

We facilitate the conversation on Design Thinking, developing and running the Design Thinking Network with over 2500 professionals from all over the globe and growing fast.

We develop and facilitate a network of Business and Design Schools around the world developing new thinking and collaborations to innovate education.
