External iliac arteryLarger than internal iliac arteryDescend along the medial border of psoas

major mus following pelvic brim, pass posterior to midportion of inguinal ligaments, and femoral arteries as they pass beneath inguinal ligament and enter thigh

Regions supply-lower abdominal wall, cremaster muscles in males and round ligament of uterus in females and lower limb.
