Ilene Engleberg was John Mazzuto's live-in girlfriend in New York. She knows how to pick 'em. She is also co-conspirator #2 in the NY District Attorney's indictment. She served as an officer of EMC, one of IEAM's major subsidiaries, and is a CPA. In January 2005 she was issued 750,000 shares, which she knew were illegal, by Don Juan Mazzuto. She maintained some of IEAM's books and records in a QuickBooks file that she has thus far refused to turn over to IEAM's new management. Furthermore, was a signatory on IEAM's checking accounts. In addition, she was the owner of Sapphire Associates and Regal partners, which had "consulting" roles with IEAM.
