Company Overview

• Ability to program CNC machinery that automatically mills, turning, drills, broaches, or reams metal. Performs adjustments to adhere to established specifications or to correct faulty programming and reduce setup/run time.• Set-up and operation of production machines, requiring complex alignments, adjustment and compatibility of tooling. A degree of problem solving to determine machine is functioning properly and tooling is installed correctly. Inspects parts against engineering prints to ensure tolerances have been maintained and promote world-class precision. Responsible for a solid rate of proficiency, cleanliness and organization of work area. Proven ability to maintain apositive attitude and good work ethic.

Summary of Position

• High School Diploma or GED. • Proven experience in CNC Machine Operation.• Strong Computer and Mathematical Skills. • Mechanical Aptitude.• Ability to regularly stand and lift 50+ lbs.• Dependable.
