Over 100 of the Global Fortune 500 companies use Cristie. All major OS platforms supported.
What is Machine Mobility?
Machine mobility provides users with the facility to monitor and manage their server infrastructure and to proactively clone machines to other physical, virtual or Cloud resources.
This allows users to optimize resource allocation, migrate machines to different environments, and it also provides disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
CloneManager® Overview
Cristie’s machine mobility software, CloneManager®, provides an intuitive console to clone and move exact copies of running machines across multiple physical, virtual or Cloud environments.
CloneManager® Sync allows cloned machines to be periodically synced back to their source machine for DR purposes, without having to repeat a full clone process.
CloneManager® is used by service providers and end users for on-boarding physical and virtual servers into Cloud environments. It’s also used for moving machines and their associated applications and data between competing Cloud providers, or back to on premise data centres.
Migration and Syncing
Migrate machines in any direction between and within physical, virtual and Cloud environments and to dissimilar physical hardware.
Sync to bring the machine up to date without having to repeat a full migration process

Multi-directional migration
If you migrate your data center to the Cloud, but no longer want to stay, then CloneManager can migrate you to a different Cloud or back to a physical or virtual environment.

Agentless option
Agentless option means you can decide if you want to install the agents on the source machine for the migration process.
Agentless will:
Overcome security issues Users with restricted access to the
servers no longer need to install agents on to the source or target machines
Save valuable time Users no longer need to spend time
separately installing the agent(s)
CloneManager® Sync
CloneManager® Sync allows for live periodic synchronizations between the target and source machines without having to repeat a full migration process.
Only data that has changed since the original cloning process is copied.
Saves Time
The Sync operation can reduce cutover time because only data that has changed since the initial migration is copied.
Cost Effective
Users usually purchase 1 migration token and multiple sync tokens, which are at a much lower price than the initial migration token.
Performance optimization
Discovery/optimization ensures the target machine is correctly sized based on an analysis of the source machine.
The source machine is monitored for a period of time to determine the average and peak CPU and memory usage in order to allocate appropriate resources on the target machine.

Speed and efficiency
Optimized and fast transfers Data from source to target machines is optimized for fast
transfers, even for those with large amounts of data or a low bandwidth connection
Batch Clones Multiple concurrent migrations can be managed
simultaneously Speeds up the migration process for large move groups
Optimized and fast transfers Real time clones are created from live running machines Business time is not interrupted
Auto management
Scheduling Automates how frequently machines are cloned and
synced Useful for disaster recovery purposes to ensure the
cloned machine is kept up-to-date
Reporting and Migration Auditing Event notifications are emailed to the user Users can check that the migration process is
running successfully and be alerted of any errors
Easy setup/customization
Disk Selection Users select only the relevant disks & volumes to be
cloned
Configuration A range of options, such as the host name and IP
addresses, can be specified or changed on the target machine during the migration process
Customization Users can fully customize the servers during the
migration process to suit their business needs
Simple, easy-to-use interface
The drag and drop functionality provides a streamlined and user-friendly way to clone or migrate servers
