This is the 1992 arrest record from Mesa Arizona, of the current Surprise, AZ police chief, Michael Frazier. Back when this occurred, Mike Frazier was a captain on the Phoenix police department. He assaulted his wife Machelle – including grabbing her, stalking her, pinning her against the wall and grabbing her hair claiming “he just wanted to talk to her.” Gee Mike, sound like you wanted to jack her up since she was sleeping with someone else…No? Mike Frazier was arrested TWICE in one day for the same allegations! Machelle was Mike’s second wife (the first marriage to Linda ended in the same vein) and Mike’s current wife Barbara is cruising down the same path of destruction with a former high school football star and egomaniac who is probably still trying to obtain a “Letter” in life!
