O'Hare Airport Construction Project Notice Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) will be performing construction at O’Hare International Airport on the 1st lane of the lower level roadway at Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Construction will begin on October 5th and targeted for completion on November 23rd. The O’Hare International Airport taxicab stands will be relocated to the middle lane of the terminals during construction. Vehicles will enter the terminals utilizing the regular entry points. No other commercial or government vehicles should park in the middle lane of the lower levels during construction. The Chicago Department of Aviation thanks everyone for their cooperation during this time.
