Improvement Program Vaughn Road and S. Cranbrook Road were

Roadwork (to follow underground) Vaughn Road: May 2015 – June 2015 Cranbrook Road: August 2015 – September 2015

Notifications (events, contractors, etc.)

Water Service Schedule Watermain shut down will typically occur for

approximately 4 hours Boiled water advisories may be required Appropriate notification will be distributed

Maintaining Traffic Roads Closed to Thru Traffic

Intent of right-of-way is to provide and maintain public infrastructure

Vehicle SafetyRecovery Zone (Clear Zone/Crash Zone)Lateral Offsets

Recommended 4’ to 5’ lateral offset free from obstructions for low volume low speed roads

City Right-of-Way Management Trees within City ROW may be impacted

In-line with utility improvements Overhanging roadway

Aesthetic improvements within City ROW Intent is “Not To Disturb” Will be placed back to the best of the Contractor’s ability
