Determining Diameter or Radius from Circumference
Sometimes you may be asked to determine the diameter or radius of a circle when
given the circumference. Simply use your formula for the circumference of a circle
and work backwards to solve algebraically.
Converting Between Circumference and Area
Using the methods from the previous slide, you can determine the area of a circle from it’s circumference, and vice versa. This will
take multiple steps, so be sure to be organized!
