• We need:

• 1 kg of flour,6 eggs,400 g powdered sugar 250 g butter, 250 g of honey, 1 pieceof gingerbread spice, 2cl soda bicarbonate, 1 egg for glasure

• Glasure: 150 g powdered sugar,1 egg - the white part (albumin) , 1 lemon juice or rum
