DIY How to make your own Peppermint Lip Scrub!

We know you’ve been dying to be kissed under the mistletoe this year (yeah, Santa’s not the only one who knows who’s naughty or

nice...)SO here we are with a peppermint flavored lip scrub recipe that’ll give

you those soft, kissable lips!

What You’ll Need

• Coconut oil• Peppermint extract• Small bowl• Spoon(s)• 1/2 cup granulated sugar• A small cosmetic container

Step 1Pour a 1/2 cup of granulated sugar

into a small bowl

Step 2 Next, take a teaspoon scoop of

coconut oil and put it in the bowl.

Step 3Add 1-2 drops of Peppermint

Extract-- or more if you’re going for that “I can’t feel my lips” factor...

Step 4Next, mix all your ingredients together using your hands...yes this is messy, yes it feels funny,

but at least your hands will be soft after (bonus!?)

Step 5Continue mixing until you reach a

semi solidified product. At this point you may add more sugar if scrub is too wet/soft, or you may

add more coconut oil if scrub is too solid.

Step 6Scoop up scrub and place into a small cosmetic container. Voila! Peppermint

lip scrub is born! When you use it, scrub on lips with your

finger (you may wash it off or lick it off since all products are edible)
