Included:• Accommodation (double occupancy)• Domestic flights and local bus travel• Guides and tips• 2 game drives • Most meals (all breakfasts, all lunches, 6-8 dinners with gratuity)• Admission fees for museums/tour locations within itinerary

Not Included:• International airfare (approx. $1,500 direct from NYC to Jo’burg)• Additional meals and some optional activities• Personal purchases (wine is very reasonably priced)• Visa (if applicable; U.S. citizens do not require a Visa)

Optional: Victoria FallsTrip cost: $900 (approx.)• Includes round-trip flights from JNB, accommodation, sunset cruise and tour of the falls• Does not include meals, drinks or optional extras such as bungee jumping/white water rafting

Selection by Dutch auction bidding system

Only full-time business school students can participate (no

significant others)

You MUST attend the entire official tour (excludes Victoria Falls)

All company visits are mandatory

Students with holds on their accounts will not be able to participate

No swapping

Note: Chazen Study Tours may be cancelled due to low enrollment

or other issues that would make the tour non-viable (a full refund of

costs and bid points will be given if a tour is cancelled by Chazen).

ONE round of bidding: Tuesday, Sep 20, 2pm - Tuesday September 27, 4pm

Notifications will be sent out Wednesday, Sep 28 by noon.

Successful bidders will have 48 hours to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit in order to

secure their spot.

Unsuccessful bidders will be placed on a waitlist (based on bid amount - highest to

lowest). If a students gets a spot on the tour, he will be charged this bid amount.

NOTE: Check the recruitment/block week schedule to make sure you don’t have any

conflicts. On-campus recruiting begins January 9.
