To explore women’s consciousness regarding their inherent abilities

To investigate the women’s potential during their entrepreneurship

To problematize the women’s psyche and their potential in view of GDP

The questionnaire is designed to survey the women of higher and lower income group to explore their negligent attitude to find space for themselves even if they are aware of their inherent talents

Three case studies to understand the women consciousness to identify their skills and their capacity to empower themselves

The study is empirical on 40 women out of which 20 are from higher income and 20 are from lower income group respectively.

The higher income women fall within the range of monthly income Rs. 40000/- and the lower income group are from those that draw salary less than 10000/-

She improved her skills by hard work, she participated in trainings and fairs organized by Govt. She improved her creativity also according to market demand.

Initially staff members of CWS motivated her by purchasing her prepared product.

She got whole heartedly family support & every member helped in preparation in making & distribution in market.

It has been found that 30% of higher and about 60 % lower group negligent of their inherent skills.

Both are bound by Social, economic, and cultural conditions.

Generally women resource is deprived of support and promotion.

Their income is considered as only a part of their self reliance.

If they get moral support and recognition the women resource become enterprising and empowered.

Their contribution in GDP can enhance human potential and national income unless the family, the state/ nation rear their inherent skills right from childhood.
