Dynasty Aluminum FencesLifetime Limited Warranty

Dynasty Aluminum Fences (Dynasty) warrants to the originalpurchaser of our aluminum fences, that our fence will be free fromdefects in material and workmanship. Dynasty also warrants thepowder coating finish of our aluminum fences will not peel, crack,chip, or blister for as long as you own the fence.

This warranty does not extend to damages cause by improper use,application, installation; abuse; alterations; negligence; vandalism;or acts of God. There are no other express warranties except asstated herein. This warranty is issued to the original owner and isnot transferable.

In case of a warranty claim, Dynasty reserves the right to inspectthe material at its plant to determine the validityof the claim.Defective material must be shipped to Dynasty’s plant forinspection freight pre-paid. If the product fails to conform with thiswarranty, Dynasty will replace or repair the defective material atits discretion. The owner shall provide written notice of failure toDynasty within 30 days of failure, along with proof of purchase,and nature of defect. All removal and re-installation costs of thedefective material are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The above constitutes the complete warranty by Dynastyand noother agreement, written or implied, is valid. No person isauthorized to change or modify this warranty. Recovery forconsequential or incidental damages are hereby excluded.
