I like to think of our inner critic as a loving, little liar. She is not intentionally misleading, but when afraid, tends to make up stories to keep you from making changes in your life. This week, we’ll explore how we can deepen this relationship and invite him or her on board as a creative partner in your journey.

your pupils and look deeply.
