Ingredients
1 cup flour1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon bicarb soda1 cup grated carrot1/3 cup ground sesame seeds1/4 cup coconut2 small eggs1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup milk1/2 cup sugarChopped walnuts
Directions
Beat in a large bowl eggs, oil, milk and sugar. Mix carrots, nuts, sesame seeds and coconut
separately Combine all and add flour, cinnamon and
bicarb soda Put in greased loaf tin and bake in
moderateoven (160 degrees – 180 conventional) for longer than 25 minutes.
