INGREDIENTS:-500g of flour-100g of butter-1 orange peel-6 eggs-salt-vanilla-200g sugar-1 lemon peel

STRUFFOLI

INGREDIENTS:-40g of sugar-1 orange peel-salt-400g of flour-3 eggs-aniseed liqueur-60g of butter-1 yolk

FRITTELLE

INGREDIENTS:-500g of flour-4 eggs-1 yeast-aniseed liqueur-oil-150g of sugar-200ml of milk- 1 lemon-icing sugar

ARANCINI DI CARNEVALE

INGREDIENTS:-2 eggs-600g of four-260g of sugar-butter-yeast-oil-250ml of milk-3 oranges peels

ZEPPOLE

INGREDIENTS:-250ml of water-25g of milk-salt-200g of flour-3 eggs-60g of butter-½ lemon peel
