Objective

• To provide Capstone Developers with a final design of The Hangout

• To provide Clemson with an entertainment facility

• To provide Clemson’s campus with a late night dining option

• To further draw potential students to Clemson

Project Summary

• The Hangout is a movie theater, restaurant, and meeting facility

• Located on undeveloped land on Perimeter Road

• Two story, 25,943 sq. ft.
