A Global Research Network of Women Workshop Purpose

• To review current work and emergent gaps in gender and climate change research

• To generate new ideas and potential solutions to advance gender and climate change research.

• To establish research teams around strategic priorities; explore the options for implementation of the research areas chosen and identify the impact of these research projects on stakeholders

• To create action plans for implementing the research projects.

A Global Research Network of Women Workshop Outcomes

• Create a set of Research Priorities for Gender, Climate Change and Sustainability Research.

• Establish Global Research Teams of Women Scholars

• Action plans for implementation and coordination of priorities for the next three years.
