Cant access your account? Forgotten User ID Your user ID is your housing registration number. Forgotten PIN Your PIN is the main applicant’s date of birth in 6 digit format e.g. 14th February 1980 should be entered as 140280.
By clicking ‘ cant access your account’ and completing the form you will be automatically e:mailed a reminder of your login details.
