Texas Travesty, KVRX, and Texas Student TV each have one applicant, all of whom submitted complete applications and are qualified. Rodrigo Leal did not address qualification #6 on his application because the vote-of-confidence had not yet occurred; it was conducted on April 22 and he received unanimous endorsement. For Cactus, all three candidates do not meet qualifications 4, 5, and 7, all of which can be waived. Tess Cagle also does not meet qualification 2, which cannot be waived. In addition, Samantha Meyer did not submit letters of recommendation.
