Site: Maintaining temporary erosion sedimentation control (TESC) measures.

South Building: Exterior - Fluid applied air-barrier ongoing. Completed welding of southeast and southwest steel stair towers. Interior - Spray-foam insulation ongoing floor 1. Hanging Gypsum wall board (GWB) floor 1. HVAC, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in ongoing floors 1, 2, and 3.

Arbor: Structural frame erection is complete.

North Building: Exterior and interior light-gauge metal stud wall framing is ongoing floors 2 and 3. Hollow-metal (HM) frame installation ongoing at floors 2 and 3. Membrane roofing ongoing at the cafeteria, kitchen, and gymnasium roof.

Area (A2) Exterior wall metal stud installation complete. Exterior wall sheathing and air barrier application ongoing. Window installation started. Interior wall metal stud framing complete. Wall cover inspections complete. Gypsum wall board activities started. HVAC, plumbing, fire-sprinkler and electrical rough-in nearing completion. Area (A3) Green roof dried-in. Placement of concrete floor slab complete and protected.

Building B: Placement of concrete floor slab on grade pending weather. Structural welding and bolting completed. Roofing ongoing.
